Why this resort earns its keep

The highlights, in plain language

  • Built for celebrations

Suite block-out pricing for groups of 6+ rooms, a private cabana host, and a sound system that knows the assignment.

  • Rooftop pool scene

A 25-meter rooftop with a guest DJ on weekends, daybeds with bottle service, and one of the best sunset views in town.

  • Three-restaurant collection

    A coastal Mexican concept, a Japanese izakaya, and a chef's-counter steakhouse with a 28-day dry-aged program.

  • Cocktail-program-led bar

House mezcal flights, a real Negroni cart, and a bar team that remembers your second-night order.

  • Private group charters

Direct-walk access to the marina with a curated short-list of catamarans and Sunseekers we know by name.

  • Recovery spa

IV drips, deep-tissue massages, and a contrast-bath circuit that will save you on day three. Book it before you need it.

The vibe

Stylish, social, adults-only — without crossing into spring-break territory. The crowd skews 28–45: bachelorette weekends, milestone birthdays, friends reunions, and the occasional boutique-leaning honeymoon.

Rooftop pool runs lively from noon to 5pm. By 7pm the pace shifts to dinner and a slower drink. The marina is two minutes by foot if you want to extend the night out.

Rooms & suites

Standard rooms are 550 sq ft with marble bathrooms, walk-in rain showers, and private balconies. Plenty of room without feeling like overkill.

For groups of six to twelve, the Penthouse Block is the play — book three or four adjacent two-bedroom corner suites with shared terraces. The hotel can open the dividing partitions to create one continuous outdoor party space.

Bridal suite is a real bridal suite: floor-to-ceiling marina-facing windows, a separate dressing room with photo-friendly natural light, and a tub built for two.

Food & beverage

The Japanese izakaya is the sleeper hit — sit at the counter and let the chef freestyle. The omakase is $$$ but worth it for one night.

Steakhouse is reliable on every cut. Order the sweetbreads even if you're skeptical.

Coastal Mexican does brunch on Sundays — the best chilaquiles in the marina, a long bottomless mezcal-mimosa list, and a live trio that doesn't try too hard.

Service

Service feels personal because the property is small. The same handful of staff handle the rooftop, the lobby, and check-in. By day two they know your name and what you drink.

For group bookings, request a dedicated group host through Leigh — they'll handle dinner sequencing, cabana reservations, and yacht logistics so the trip planner in the group can actually relax.

Things to do

Yacht day for the group — half-day catamaran with a swim stop at Lover's Beach, then back in time to nap before dinner.

Sunset cruise for couples — quieter, smaller boat, a bottle of cava, and the Arch from a perfect angle.

Bachelorette extras: dance class on the rooftop, in-suite tequila tasting, a private chef night for ten.

Who this resort is for

Bachelor and bachelorette groups, milestone birthday weekends, friends reunions, and lifestyle-focused honeymooners who want to be in the action.

Not the right call for families, anyone who wants total quiet, or travelers who would prefer a remote, secluded property. There are better-fit resorts for those moods.
